Update!

Hello! have been a long time (again) since my last post. i wasn't i didn't wanna post here, but i really want to post about my job...

Yes! finally i got a job :D
I started last week, Sunday 19th to be exact, I'm doing training now with the most experienced of the engineers there, and he had to work on Sunday and Monday, last Monday here was the revolution holiday, so my two fist days where at days when you are not supposed to work, but it's ok.
Th job it's about doing manteniance to photo printing equipment, is not my dream job but i quite interesting and entertaining, and the paid is not bad... i'll keep you updated about how it goes :)

Back in Guadalajara

Now i'm back in Guadalajara after a long break on my parents house. It was supposed to be only a weekend, but it ended being about ten days, a little more than a week.

I really enjoyed the time there in Torreón, i saw my family (my parents, my brothers and one sister, my nephew and niece), a lot of my friends, had chance to practice yoga with Laura, ate home made food and a lot of things :)

I felt i loose some time staying there, but instead of that i wouldn't change that, and now i have come here with new enthusiasm to made my dream true, i now i'll be hard but i'm gonna make it!

I'm still alive!

Has been a while since my last post here, now I have given more attention to my Spanish blog.

Now I have moved to a department, it's nice, it's near a lot of restaurants and coffees; about a month ago I went with my family to the beach, was a nice and a relaxing time; and now I'm on my house in Torreon seeing my family and my friends. Also I came for things (books, tools, some clothes, etc) I didn't had the chance to took when I first went to Guadalajara.
Yesterday, I also had the chance to meet some other local bloggers, I spent a great time with them, I also hope to do that with all the great people I have meet on Mailfriends, Communities and other pages.

Now i'm at Guadalajara

Last Sunday i arrived to Guadalajara, now i'm living on a friend's place while i get my own, I hope to find a cheap one since i'm broke and without a job, I came here to Guadalajara since in Torreon i wasn't able to find a good job, my parents are helping me while i get a job, but i have to do a lot of expenses to do... i have to buy a local cell phone number, to add it to my resume; buy some clothes, pay a part of my debt to freeze it while i get a job, and I don’t want to leave all this load to my father, so I’ll have to live like a poor child.

On the good news is that was nice to see again all my old friends from college, i have seen a lot of them now :) and i’m having a good time.

So i'll be no more "living in the desert", i'llhave to figure out another name. Any suggestions?

Next Monday I'll be moving to Guadalajara Jalisco, Mexico.

I should move earlier, but i wanted to see my sister. She lives in the US, is coming next Sunday and will be staying here for about a month, but I'll be happy if i see her for a least a day. Mostly because then i don0t know when I'm gonna see her again, she is pregnant (I'm gonna have another nephew :) ), and because of that she probably wouldn't come on Christmas holidays, maybe until next summer, and that's if i could come here. That would be more than a year :S

So now I'm cleaning and looking for all the things I'm gonna take with me.

I finally did it.

Today i finally said to Gaby that I like her.

His reaction was of surprise, she said she wouldn't figure out that i like her if Laura, our yoga instructor, had told her that she thought i like Gaby. But she was surprised! at the end she didn't know what to say me neither...

Lets see what happens next time i see her.

I will stay here in Torreon for at least a week

Yesterday, i was about to go to one of my last yoga class... but a received a call...
It was from MB Systems of Mexico a company who install telecommunications equipment. The person who called was in Mexico City, and asked about a interview with one of his coworkers here in Torreon, i say it was fine, i would go (thinking the interview was gonna be on a office) but then he said he was on Takata installing a equipment, a manufacturing plant outside the city :S

I didn't had a way to move there, my brother had taken the car to goto the cinema, and my other brother took the truck to go to his work, and would be to expensive to go there by taxi, so i called the last one to ask for the truck, at fist he didn't want, but at the end i convinced him. I took a taxi to go to his job and then i took the truck and sent a sms to my yoga instructor, Laura, to say i wasn't going to class, and then went to Takata.

There i had my interview, i think i was good a it, the work sounds fun, and in the end he told me he was going to talk with the person of Mexico city and then to me to tell me the answer, he even asked for my cellphone number.
After that i went to the gym and told Laura, she is also a good friend, about the job interview and about it was a opportunity to stay here in Torreon, but i was confused because i was almost ready to move to Guadalajara.

I talked about it with other friends too an in the end i decided to stay here in Torreon for at least other week to see if i get contacted again about this job.

So... Guadalajara will have to wait for me...

A big update

I haven't updated here for almost a month, a lot of think have happened on my life...

- I'm gonna move next Saturday to Guadalajara to look for work. Here, the job openings are so few, and there is so many people looking for a job.
According to a local newspaper called "El Siglo de Torreon" here the future to engineering job looks so bad, here almost all investments have been focused on services, like hotels, restaurants, bars, etc. so few to industries and at the beginning of this month LG-Phillips Displays closed operations firing about 800 people :S
In Guadalajara the electronics industry is too important, before it was manufacturing only, but nowadays it have been focusing also in research and development. Maybe the people looking is more, but there are more openings, and more attractive to me.

- I missed the opportunity to make a move with G, and now she is dating someone . Sorry! Madde you where right :(
Maybe it was because i of my fears, because i didn't have a job, and then because i was going to move... then we started to separate... but that are excuses!
Well... I'm sure I'm gonna find my someone special... only need to keep looking. I'll try harder next time!

-I'm no the only that's moving... a Hugo went to work as engineer to a mine, he will be out for at least 20 days and the back for a week also Marniana is going to leave to the US to work babysitting so we did a "Good bye" party for the three us.

I hurt my back :(

Last weekend i went to play soccer with my friends like almost every Saturday, we play on basketball fields with little goals, but the last Saturday i felt on my back, the strike was my pelvis on the edge on a sidewalk, at first it didn't hurt, but later when i played as goalkeeper and then when to play on the field i felt a lot of pain on my lower back.
I tried to play as goalkeeper again since i couldn't move a lot but the pain begun to got bigger so i had to lay down on a side of the field.
When i arrived at my house i took a pill to ease the pain and be able to sleep since i was very tired, but i couldn't sleep until i felt the effects of the pill.
On Sunday morning was the same :( i could barely move until I took the pill, but in the afternoon got better i felt the same as in the morning with the pill but without taking anything.
This week we only had one yoga session because of the holy week, on Monday, but i didn't go because my back still hurt a lot.
Now i fell a lot better :)

Birthday party at yoga class :D

I started this week catching a cold, on Monday i felt really bad, and i did almost nothing only play Civilization IV, next day i felt a little better, but still didn't wet out. On Wednesday i felt better, but i still didn't knew if go to the yoga class or not; but, after lunch, i saw Gaby online talked a while with her and she asked me to go to yoga class.
I took a shower, watched some TV and then went to yoga class, fortunately the class was very light; but at the end after relaxing Laura the teacher started to sing "Happy birthday", at fist i didn't knew to who she was singing for, but then i realized it was to me! :D They bought muffins and coke to celebrate, we ate and chatted a while after class, was too nice :)

My birthday :)

Yesterday was my birthday, i was a really nice day :) i spent almost all the morning receiving greetings from all around the world it's nice to receive all that greetings from people i consider my friends.
After lunch i went to see a dermatologist because i have some black spots that worried me, but it ended being nothing serious, more cosmetic problem than anything, nothing to worry, but i discovered I'm genetically predisposed to have spots, so i have to take care of the sun... i thought only white people had to take care of the sun... but now i have to take care too.
In the afternoon when i was about to going out of my home to go to Gaby's house to later meet my friends, i received a call, it was Ana my ex, i haven't talked with her for more than a year! we talked only for a little because she was calling to my cellphone, so expensive! we all went to "Las pampas" a meat buffet, it was delicious, we all ate a lot! and later we also had space in our stomach to eat some cake lol i also saw there Toño Montaña a friend from Secondary and High school, who haven't seen since a long time, he's gonna marry next month! And i'm thinking about to marry in five four years :S
It was a good birthday, some people couldn't made to the dinner but I'm sure I'm gonna see them soon.

Spaghetti on Emmanuel's house.

Yesterday Hugo, Emmanuel and me went to a Mall to do nothing we were bored at our houses. It was getting late a we got hungry but we weren't pleased with the options there, also we didn't had a lot of money, so we ended buying stuff to make spaghetti.
After we bought all we need , we headed to Emmanuel's house to prepare the spaghetti, Hugo ended doing all the work by himself, but he did spaghetti for us and for Emmanuel's family but they already had dinner. At the end we had a lot of spaghetti only for three people, everyone ate as long as he could to not leave a lot of spaghetti there.
We ended that full that we could barely move, but the spaghetti tasted great! so it really wasn't that bad. Maybe next Friday Hugo is going to prepare lasagna for us :D

Two days ago i got a comment post from Naoko, a japanese friend a meet on Mailfriends with whom i haven't talked since a long time. I was really nice to see her post there :) I need t visit more Maifriends... also wake up earlier... lol

Back in Torreon

Well has been a while since I came back from Guadalajara, I bought a new video card for my computer to be able to play Civilization IV, an ATI 9600 Pro AGP bundled with Counter Strike: Condition Zero, a good bundle :D
But I haven't been able to play it because I lost one of my hard drives due a mechanical failure :( and it was the one with all of my personal stuff :'( I lost photos, mails, college works, some programs examples, my litestep theme I was working on, and my thesis work files... I'll have to start it again if I don't find a backup of it :(
Right now I installed some of the programs on the other hard drive, also Civ 4 to play it :D hehe, and started to back up all my information, sadly there's only files I have downloaded from the net.
Now is time to keep looking for a job here!

In Guadalajara!

Hello, now i'm at Guadalajara land of the tequila, mariachi and the torta ahogada :D hah
I'm having a fun time... i took a bus yestardat at 10 pm, i had lucky was one of the new with flat screens! i lost my practice at sleeping at buses, i didn't have a pleasant nigth... i woke up a few times... In the morning i arrived to Irra's house we chatted for a while an then took a bath... then we went to take our breackfast, quesadillas with champiñones :D

after that we saw some of the winter olimpics an then we came to the ITESO (my college) and then to the work fair... i gave some resumes to Samsung, Intel and other companies. Whe found toño and went a little to gym area and then to have lunch to the cafeteria... I found some old classmates, and some old friends; also later we went to visit my old boss from my social service, and came here to the computers area to find out how to meet my friend who is going to recieve me in his house and to write here :)
hehe i'll post a photo of me on the computer's area soon... i forgot the data cable hehe

Looking for a new job

Yesterday, I resigned my now old job, i didn't enjoyed it, all my tasks changed from i was first supposed to do, i fell they need a electrician engineer more than an electronic engineer. Also i had to move to the office in Gomez Palacio (a city that is next to Torreón) so I spent more time and money to go there, also because of that i had a longer lunch break, to be able to get to my home have lunch and go back to work. But also i had to go out of work later, ending with no time after work. All of this would be acceptable if my boss haven't lowered my pay check, he wanted to lower it a 30% and me to not complain...
Technically it isn't legal lo lower the pay, but my boss reported like if i was payed a lot of lower that i was, so he could lower my pay without affecting the report. But i didn't knew about this until i went for my paycheck, i was so angry and disappointed about my boss...

So at the end i decided to resign, but first i wanted to finish he most important projects i was doing, i wanted to leave as son as possible, but leaving all the work in the middle would be acting as bad as the boss did. so i spent four more days working there... the possibilities that i get paid those days are too low but at the end i finished the most important projects, so now i have no bad feelings about leaving the rest in the middle.

Now i need to find a new job, but i really wished to rest some days, but thats not possible because i found there's a jobs fair on my college tomorrow and the next day, no tomorrow's night I'm going to travel to Guadalajara to assist to it, and to leave some resumes on important electronics companies. Also I'm going to find out more about a course that are going to open on the college on May, about electronic component design, sounds interesting. And there are gonna be scholarships to all who get in, so it's a great opportunity. i had thought about going back to Guadalajara to work or study because there are more jobs like the one i want, but i didn't really planned to do it so soon, but i also don't want to waste the opportunity.

All this is happening when i was feeling so fine and happy here... i'm really confused now... at the moment i wouldn't wanted to move, but if i need to, i'm gonna do it. As sad as it could be...

Me as a yoga instructor?

Last Thursday after yoga class and being scolded, only playing, about not going to yoga last day. Laura, the instructor as usual gave Gaby and me ride to our home, she was talking about a yoga course she want to get in next march and about opening a yoga gym at the end of this year, she also mentioned she wanted us as instructors there.
She had already told us about being yoga instructors, but I have never caught the idea until that moment... If sometimes I feel weird because I'm the only man there, I thought who's going to hire me as instructor... But if she give me job, I still don't know, but the idea of being yoga instructor attracts me more. Now I get why I was scolded even if it was only playing, she wants us to get prepared to be able to be instructors. She also mentioned power yoga, says is yoga but doing more resistance, it sounds really cool. But with time, we will see, but I don't want to miss the opportunity if there's one.

First post of this year

Wow has been a while since my last post...
Fist I just hope all have had a good christmas and a happy beginning of this year :) and all of your dreams come true, of course if you work for it... Nothing is free :P
Let me make a resume of last month.
I ended going for about tree weeks to the brewery, for times a week to setup the measusrements instrument to leave it running for 24 hours, so every day I had to go later then the day before, and some days I had to go there after my work time ¬¬ but i really enjoyed it, i was a really good change instead of stay all the day at the office.
Also by the holidays came my sister from the US, and bring me some stuf from her trip to Sweden, some cookies that tasted so good and a Ranma 1/2 manga in Swedishsh, haha If only i could read it.
A week later came my brother-in-law a got me something i asked him to buy, a computer game, Civilization IV (you can blame it for the lack of posts :P)
I spent New years eve and Christmas on a dinnewithth my family with thdifferencece thaI i when out later to a friend's house on new years eve. I posted a photo f me and my family on new years eve on my communities profile.
